wrong 1.6 roller rockers?
i put the ones on that came with the hotcam kit, and when the dude was going to adjust my valves he said they were wrong, he said they were for a newer style head?

Why does he say they won't fit?

maybe he was referring to that the rockers from the LT1/4 style of engine are self-aligning. our STOCK style heads are not self-aligning.

To my knowledge, all 87 and up SBC heads use self-aligning rockers...

Did get ones for the right stud size? Most rockers can be bought for either 3/8 or 7/16 studs. You may have bought the wrong ones.
