Please tell me i can run in the 13´s. I have a 350 GTA map -90 that has a chip and k&n filter. next week i´ll order hooker headers 2055 and 3" exhaust, Afpr, coil and wires + i will port the plenum. The car is in great condition!! What do you say?

If you want to increase your odds borrow some slicks.

 

get some drag radials, and what gears do u have? 2.77s? GET RID OF EM!

 

Drop some 4.11's in her with 28" Slicks and a 150 shot Nitrous kit and expect 12's for around $1500.

 

4.10's with TPI?

If you put 28" Slicks on her she'll make down the 1/4 just fine.

 

Chances are he wanted to keep it road worthy

slicks will come off when he tries to get home

 

Then go get some 27 or 28 inch street tires and be done with it.

 

255 50 16 BFG drag radials or 26" tall ET streets with 3.27s or 3.45s is all he needs. even 3.73s are to much, even with a 5spd. i have 3.27s and run past 5k pretty easily

 

I've seen plenty of cars with 3.73's run through the trap in 3rd gear so i'm guessing 5 speeds can make it in 4th gear. With the bigger tires it will raise the ratio some. He should be fine with 3.73's. On my car i'm putting 4.11's, i'll let you know on the results.

 

I´m not in for slicks, its daily drivers car!!!! so i can´t get into the 13´s DAmn!! because stock it went 14,43 i think and it has a 3.23 not 2.77. So these mods cant give me 4-5 tenths
Then i have to save upp for more money.......
