Or are you asking if there is an aftermarket/high performance one? If so, no there isn't.
There is a manufacture, Wells, than makes one witrhout the burnoff wires in it, according to those who have tested it, the flow capabilities are higher than stock and stock replacements. IIRC, Wells p/n SU145...try a search.

If you're asking about aftermarket MAF's, I don't think they exist. Factory replacements can be found at any parts store.
