Is the ign system wired into the Passkey module?

Obviously it is too top secret to list in the repair manual. I lost spark then lost crank, I bypassed the Passkey module and restored crank now I need to know if the Passkey module is wired into the ign system too. And if so, how do I bypass it? Not sure if the aftermarket bypass is working properly and I want to bypass ithe module totaly.

Thanks

On my 89 TPI from a Iroc Z. The VATS system, or passkey only disable my injector pulse. I would find a noid light and check if the pulse is there. Also check for spark just to make sure.

Almost postive I am getting fuel, I can smell it after cranking it and have fuel pressure. I am getting no spark from the coil but do have 12v going to it. If the passkey is not wired into the ign than I can eliminate that as a possible cause. I am uncertain as to which wire coming from the accel computer is the ign trigger.
