The $49.95 cam, good or bad? better than what I have now, yeah but worth it? I just want to get my car running...I can get this and attempt to put it all back together myself...
Come guys your honest answers.......Ive searched and this is the cheapest one I can fine...I can fine one anywhere ele...plus I can get away without changing the valve springs..right?
can someone fill me in on the performace of this cam.....I am not to bright on this subject..
thanks
if it bad then can someone do some searching for me and fine what I want....

That seems awfully cheap for a hyd roller cam, a little too good to be true.
Most hyd rollers run about $250....So I gotta ask, why is this one so darn cheap???
Heck, thats quite cheap for a hyd flat tappet cam too.

That's a "take off" cam from a stock Vortec 350 truck engine, not a performance cam by any means.

So it would not be a good replacement for what I have? Oh well back to the drawing board...

I wouldn't be cheap when it comes to a cam. You'll be kicking yourself in the *** for not spending an extra hundred bucks later on when you replace that one. That cam would probobly give you like 7 to 10 hp instead of 20 to 30 like a good cam would.
