fuel pressure not steady

i tried searching for this but i cant find where it is on the site so i am posting this now. my problem is that when my car is running my fuel pressure jumps back and forth repeditly from 50 to 45 psi. this happens while it is at idle. is this normal or not? also if it matters i have a crane cam 2032 in it.

check your vaccum.. it should be steady.. if its its not it will be jumping around like you say..

i have a crane 2050 in mine and it stays exactly at 45 and then moves up when i gun it..
