No Fuel=No Starting

Hello Again All!

New problem second car of mine. What we've got here is (not a failure to communicate. lol) a 1989 5.7 IROC TPI. replaced fuel pump, filter, pump relay, pump/oil pressure switch sender, and I still have no sound out of the pump or fuel comming out of the pump. I need help on this one I have 3 days to get it running before I go back to work on Monday Morning. The only thing I have not replaced is the distibutor module that's inside the distributor.

P.S. sorry for the "Cool Hand Luke" line, I couldn't resist.

New tests. I took a volt meter to the connection at the tank. I'm getting 8.60 volts to that connecting point but when I plug in the orange connector to it the volts drop down to 1.96 volts, Could that be the problem? Also I trying to get cods from the ECM and the "Check Engine" light does not flash at all, not even a code 12, and no it's not the bulb the light comes on when you turn the key. Still need help.

The relay should click just by putting the key into the on possition. You can put your hand over it to feel for the click also.

O.K. but which one is the relay? I've canged 4 of the relay and all of them are identical to each other. Is it one of the 2 on the driver's side firewall or 1 of the 2 on the passenger side up by the radiator? And again, just to let you know, I do not hear the fuel pump power up when I turn the key to the "ON" position. Like you normally would hear the pump right before you turn it over.
