Braided fuel lines

When I put my TPI back together I dont want to have to fool around with trying to attach the fuel lines from the rubber lines to the header attachment to the fuel connectors on the fuel rail.....

So does any one know where I can get some braided fuel lines that I can run from the (the picture) to the fuel rail connectors?

I found a site that has a complete set nicely priced and look good. Plus they come with everything you need for the swap.

I just cut the two metal line enough to remove the fittings, then used a Aeroquip nut and sleeve to conect to a steel braided line. All in all it took me about 20 minutes to do.

I found these in the jegs catalog, tpi fuel rail fittings. #310-74730
accel, fitting kit is 31.99. not sure whats in the kit. looks like a an adapter to replace the soft lines. you would need to make the SS braid lines.

I was thinkking about cutting the hard lines at the actual rail. and ptting a flare fitting on them. then add the flare to AN union, then running the braid all the wat to the other hard lines. that way i get rid of all the hard tubing and bracket on the manifold as well as the rubber hose. the other idea i had was pulling the actual feed line out of the rail, and tapping it for 1/8 or 1/4 npt. and getting the AN adapter. that way it would be a much neater installation.

Any thoughts on this ??

later

Scott

I phoned them before I belive the kit was for 70 bucks but I would recheck with them. Seemed pretty fair as braided lines arent cheap and these come with all teh connectors.
