just got TPI, need help with harness.
well, as stated, i just got a TPI setup, and the harness, in the description said "cut at fuse box." my question is, just how many wires go to the fuse box, there are im guessing between 4-6 larger gauge wires i found on the harness, that r cut. do the all go to he fuse box, i know that they r on the driver side of the harness. Please help, and thanx in advance.
I hope this doesn't end up being more hassle than its worth.
thanx,
ian

maybe this will help me FINALlY get a reply!
ok, i went and checked the harness, there are 4 wires, 3 red and 1 purple. i believe they were at one time conected to the firewall by way of a large plug in.
allso, as another question, i've been trying to get everything on my car that is necassary, ready for the swap. my car was originally tpi, and the pump is still in the tank. when i tried to see what about it wasnt wired up, i found that not only is the fuse not in the fuse box, but the actual prongs inside the fuse box, where the fuse would go are gone. my question is, what do i need to look for to wire back into the fuse box, and how exactly do you wire it back in?
thanx in advance, and sorry for the long post. someone, PLEASE reply now. im desparate

I don't think I understand what you are asking. The tpi harness doesn't have anything to do with the fuse box. The harness plugs into the computer on the passenger side by the kick panel, exits through the fender area, and the rest of it is contained in the engine compartment. It connects on the driver side with a large connector that has a bolt in the center of it holding it in place. Maybe it was cut before that connection. Is that what you mean?

that is what im talking about, but i think i have it figured out now, because my car was tpi, and still has that harness on the car so ill just wire in there
