Alum. L98 heads ported, or E-Tech's??
I am buildinga 355 wt a goal of a high 12 second car with a LTR setup for the street. My question is, should I get a set of L98 heads completly rebuilt and port them like crazy, or should I use the e-tech edelbrock heads?? I'm also not sure of a cam. Tuning is a problem for me, I am in ottawa and don't know anyone who can burn me a chip, so I was thinking the ZZ4 cam will be the most friendly for now. I have the stock intake base still, so I need one anyway(sdpc or aftermarket) I am also using a 52mm TB, and ported SLP runner's. It is a MAP 91 if that matter's. Will this even be enough to hit 12's??

I would not get E-techs. The price of the E-techs plus $400 for the SDPD manifold you could get a set of AFR 190's & have cash leftover for a cam.
