Runners & Plenum...
Ok, I really must appologise if this is in the wrong area, its the closest I could find for my question.
I just picked up a set of oversized runners, they look stock but about 1/8" extra Diameter and no EGR tubes, a NOS (New Old Stock) appearing stock Plenum and Throttlebody (just dirty), Two 1227165 ECM's (still in original boxes), and 3 Chip Carriers already set up for programming with chips, and a GM TPI Intake Gasket set.
I paid $100 for all of it, thought it was a good deal... was it worth it???
I guess my real question of all of this is, Anyone have any ideas what kind of runners they might be?? The guy claimed that they were made here in Swartz Creek, MI by some performance shop. Anyone ever seen them before??? Or is it too generic of a product to tell???

Totally not worth it, I will give you $120.00 for everything! Just kidding,
I would have to say you totally scored! Those look like AS&M or TPIS runners without the egr tubes to me. The pic on the bottom are the TPIS and unfortunately you cant really tell by the pic if they have the egr tubes or not.

i see space between the tubes so i would definetly say they are aftermarket of some sort. maybe the TPiS but can't tell from the pic if the tube runners have a space between them i don't think my stock runners do!?!?!

"Advanced Design Concepts" was a name that someone else suggested they might be made by... sound familiar???
There is no EGR tubes on the runners.. its for the cold start injector. its for 89-92 engines. I have never heard of the company, but they could of exsited back when TPI was the sh*t. Hard to tell from that picture. good find on the tpi set up. Do you have a wire harness for it too? They are not SLP, but could be accel, tpis. Im not sure, but i belive AS&M runners are siammiesed(sp?) This is the best place to answer your question. Your gunna need a harness and the tons of sensors. You could probably splice into your old one, but to me its just easier to just get a used one and not have to bust your **** on cutting and splicing. good luck John.

I have already converted the car to TPI, that was a big job, but I took my time. I had most of the sensors but those I did not have converted over no problem. The hardest part was swapping the battery from the Passenger side to the driver side, the fuel lines needed to be installed & everything... Luckily I got the whole car, made it alot easier...
