How much for 88 formula
How much for 88 formula
I am going to be selling my 88 Firebird Formula 350 TPI. I am not sure how much to ask. The motor was rebuilt about 2,000 miles ago and there are 130,xxx miles on the actual car. The transmission just recently went out and a new one is being built right now and should be done in about a week. The rearend is a brand new Ford 9" with 3.70 gears (there are no more than 700 miles on the rear). I have basic aftermarket engine componets, Edelbrock high rise intake manifold, edelbrock headers to flowmaster exhaust system( extremely loud for a thirdgen). I have replaced the stock wheels with 17 by 9.5 inch ROH ZS wheels with Goodyear Eagle GS-C rubber around them. Rear tire size is 275/40/ZR17 and the front is 255/45/ZR17. I am not sure what to ask so any educated help would be great. THANKS.

oh since your in Missouri i think i'll give ya few hundred for it....
I'm not really sure but it should be worth over $6000, A modded car can be a tough sell to the general public, Make sure you advertise on all the local message boards, www.KSFBA.org for KS and I'm not sure about missouri's.

I'd say about 5500 - 6k if you kept the factory FI intact. If you replaced it with a carb, bolt the fi stuff back on.. even if you leave the carb stuff in the hatch.
Otherwise it looks/sounds like a good car. The 9" is a trip! If you could somehow manage to find someone with a built motor looking for a beautiful body it would be sold.
