HSR-Pro Action 220cc Alum-1206 gasket

Well...after checking it out and looking at this thread...

https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=124555

I know that Bbunting had to have material added to the HSR base to make it work, but I know that I didn't port match my heads to the 1206 either...it is pretty close out of the box...

...I was pretty concerned...but after bolting the heads on to my 406, with head gaskets, then the HSR base with the 1206, it actually looks like it will WORK!!!!

It is close, but I used a 4D Maglight to shine light in there and it appears to be fine...ie, no light at the top of the ports.

I guess that the Pro-Topline heads are on the small side of the 1206 gasket....

Any others with comments?

Thanks,

Adam

PS..I will post pics tomorrow when I borrow a digital camera...

My 200cc Pro heads fit a 1205 gasket about 98%. Just a TAD BIT to small, on one side only. absolutely no big deal.

Don't know of the 220cc is bigger, but the 1205 works for the 200cc... and Pro told me to get a 1206 for the 180cc... hmmm?
