How did your injectors fit.? I know they are shorter then GM's

Reason I ask is if I put mine in the rails 1st They done seat as far in the intake as they should. and Just the smame if I put em in the Intake 1st They dont go to far in the rails.

Just wondering what everyone else thought/did.

I just dont want a fuel leak when I put the intake back on.

BTW heres a PIC. I still need to polish the top fins and redo the cross over and FPR in mirror black

I can't recall who sells them, but there are extension pices for the injectors so they seat properly, someone will chime in soon I am sure.

Hey Chris

I have 30# SVO injectors in my LT1 intake. They do not leak at all. I suppose it is possible that once the O-rings get old, they could leak, but I doubt it. I do not currently have the fuel rail retainers around the injectors either. I'd have to cut a groove in the injectors for that. I cut a groove in the LS1 injectors I was using, but ditched those because they wouldn't flow enough fuel.

Thats for the conformation Mike. Just what I wanted to hear. Looks like I'll finish up the powdercoatings and polishing and slap it all back on.

I've run 24# SVO's without a problem either (LT1 intake). I have since swapped to 30# Accel's for more fuel because the 24# injectors were nearly maxing out.

Oops! I'm running 24# SVO injectors. Forgot that I first ordered the 30# Accel injectors, didn't install them b/c I was told that was a bit much for my application, then ordered the 24# injectors.

Anyway, that's irrevelant to your original question. I've got too much going on....I'm forgetting things now.
