Replacing Fuel Injectors.
I just got done lifting my fuel rail up and pressurized the system, looking for leaks. I am pretty confident #7 and #1 are leaking. Pressure been bleeding down steadily to 10psi in 10-15 minutes or so. I been troubleshooting a hard start when engine is warm, so I think now I have a flood conditon after car sits for an hour or so.
I just wonder if I should just replace the 2 stock injectors, or replace them all? I did have them sent out to Cruzin about 3 years ago, he did find one dripper. Maybe I should them all back to him for another cleaning, or just replace them and be done with it? I would think if 2 are leaking now, then sooner or later the rest will go bad.
I don't really have a need for aftermarket perf injectors, but if the Bosch ones are causing me problems....

you can get a set of aftermarket ones the same pounds. or go the next size up and turn the fuel pressure down some to compensate.

Well I priced out a new Bosch injector from my local GM dealer. And it was only $163.56!!! That WAS for 1 injector. I think I will just pull them all and send them back to Cruzin for more service. That would be about half the cost of 1 new one!!

Mike,
Accel and Ford Motorsports injectors are like $240 and $220 respectively for a new set of eight injectors at Summit. They won't be flow matched but I hear that the FMS's are pretty darn close out of the box.

Actually Accel's do come "flowmatched" now.
The set I just bought for my engine build are individually rated at:
58ml 59, 57, 59, 59, 59, 59, 58ml.
