Easiest way to change Fuel Filter???
I have a 91 Z28 and I need to change the fuel filter.....are there any tricks or easy ways to do this? How do I bleed off the fuel pressure? I know I can disable the fuel pump by unplugging the wire at the tank, correct??? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated....thanks
i changed mine after letting the car sit for a few hours, then i just jacked the rear ned up slid up the passengers side, used some wd-40 to get the threads lose and just unscrewed it after that i just put the new one in, i hardly got any fuel on me.

So no need to relieve the fuel pressure after the car sits?? I always thought you had to disable the fuel pump and then start the car till it died from lack of fuel and then change it......thats nice to know though...thanks
