Easiest way to change Fuel Filter???

I have a 91 Z28 and I need to change the fuel filter.....are there any tricks or easy ways to do this? How do I bleed off the fuel pressure? I know I can disable the fuel pump by unplugging the wire at the tank, correct??? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated....thanks

So no need to relieve the fuel pressure after the car sits?? I always thought you had to disable the fuel pump and then start the car till it died from lack of fuel and then change it......thats nice to know though...thanks
