After seeing all that's been posted here for awhile on what's better, the Holley Stealth Ram or the TPIS miniRam.. With all things considerred, I want to go with the HSR.

NOW.. will it pass emissions? I could have sworn I've seen postings saying that it won't, but I wasn't able to find any. Anytime I've gone for emissions testing here in Az., they're usually combing under the hood looking for things. Is it a system that throws a red flag to them? What's the deal?
