Just wondering if anybody bought the shelby tpi/tbi performance handbook.

 

I have it.
Basic stuff, good for someone looking to get familiar with the all around picture of modding. Nothing I didn't know, really.

 

Believe it or not I have drove the Z28 thats on the cover. I found that car here in Oregon for sale. My roomate was going to buy it so we went for a spin in it. It has 22,000 original miles. Its on its fifth motor. At that time it had a fresh (1200 miles) 383 with the superram, and aliminum heads, with a richmond 5 spd, full cage. It has an assload of torque. At 50 mph it was purring in 3rd gear, when I mashed it, the *** end started to walk. By far the fastest car I have driven. My roomate put a deposit down on it but never bought it. Oh well at least I got to drive it. Anyway, off subject but it reminded me of that awsome day.......
