Good Deal on L98?
1988 L98
$600 + around 200 for shipping.
Engine (80K)

The shipping is just killing ya!!! I spec'd some newer model F-car motors in the junkyard two summers ago and settled on a 305. It had the induction but no harness or anything like that. I paid $500, and that was a low mileage motor. I asked about TPI 350's, and they were wanting $800+, so it sounds like you did prety good.

Well - I wouldn't buy it.
After all is said and done youll wind up investing close to 1,000 for the induction. Where as a GM Goodwrench 350 (not impressive but NEW) is 1,200.
The Goodwrench can be fun too - because there is room for improvement, so youd mod it over time. That L98 is on borrowed time.
