Built new motor, let me know what you think!!

The reason why i'm putting this up here is to see what other people think of the combo that i'm going to run for next year. The package consists of a ZZ4 short block, ported and polished L98 heads, LT4 hot cam kit, Holley stealth ram, crane hydralic roller lifters, chromeoly pushrods, 24# Accel injectors, 2,500 B&M stall, 3 inch borla exhaust, 372 gears, custom shift kit, BBK 52 mm throttle body, Jacobs pro street ignition and custom tunning done to the chip.
There are some other odds and ends that i'm not listing but these are the major mods that are done, if you could please let me know what kind of horse and what E.T times you think i might get out of this motor, Thanks everyone!!!
OHHH, if you have any input on other mods that will make it better please let me know that also!!!

Not sure what it'd put out, maybe 375 HP at the crank (depending on those heads)? The heads would be the limiting factor depending on how well they are ported.

Some mods I'd do:

1.The best heads you can afford (AFR's, Trickflow, etc.)
2.Bigger cam, maybe a 224/224 or 230/230, depending on how big of a cam you think is good for a street car.
3. If you go with a bigger cam, you'll need a higher stall, something around a 3000 should work great and still be good on the street.

It should motivate!
If the heads flow good (250-270cfm) I'd say 300-325rwhp should be pretty obtainable. I'd say mid to high 12s with slicks and a 2800-3000 converter if you get it hooking good.

I know its been said but I'll say it again, Spend as much as you can afford on heads! Heads are the variable in this that will make a big difference in HP.

If the head flow well (250-270 is AFR land, ~$1500) You most likely wont even get close to that flow with the L98 heads. There are many options in heads, AFR is what I went with, but I dont know your situation? sounds like you bought it all already, its in your sig

He did it, and low budget power is cool with me!!! AFRs are great heads, but they are not elite in the 250cfm to 270cfm flow range.

JMO,

The beauty of the AFR's is they flow very well at lower valve lift

Believe me, i know exactly what you are saying and i'm going to be putting heads on it probably by the middle to end of next year, I agree with you 100%. The heads that i have on the car are ported to about the max they can go, then i also have them polished and i also had a competition valve job done also. I think that the easiest way i can tell you how much there are ported is that they are basically port matched to the Felpro 1205 intake gaskets.
But basically what i'm shooting for is a mid to high 12 in the quarter, i think that is plenty fast enough for a street car.(everyday driver, except in the winter)
Thanks everyone for letting me know what you think and keep it coming, i have to go drop the distributor so i can get this beast running in the next day or so, i will keep everyone updated with the progress.
