decided on going with a flat tappet for my 305 but which one ?
ive got a 86 iroc with 40k. what flat tappet cam should i use for my combo? its going to have ported heads or sr 305's , ported intake, headers and exhaust and all the other bolt ons. the car has 3.23 gears and i'm not changing them. so i have to base a cam around them. i'm also looking for a computer friendly cam. i will be street driving mainly with the occasional trip to the track. i just want a good running car and i already have a nmca super street seven second turbocharged trans am making 1900hp. thanks for any input.
