I just replaced the EGR valve because I was getting a code 32 error _ dash light
Now the rpms JUMPS up and down
Like 1 grand then 1.2 back and forth
It stops when the car warms up or if I pull the EGR valve hose off what’s going on and now I still get the check engine light
After I have been driving 30 min

What was happening before when you had a code 32? Did your car search for an idle before you replaced the EGR valve?
When you pulled the EGR hose off, did you feel if there was a vacuum when it's in park?

Check the EGR solenoid if it's producing vacuum with the car in drive and you are raising the RPMS around 1500-2000. There should be around 10inHg vacuum around these RPMs. There is a nice diagnostics page for PWM EGR valves here:

well I replaced the egr valve becouse the engen light would come on after 30 min of driveing I checked the computer and got a code 32
I have not rechecked the codes yet
