I would like to get my intake and runners Extrude Honed, so include me.

1badz,
Since you have come into all this spending money of late...when are you going to get some track time in?

Just wait until I finish my motors and invite you out to the track, and hand your butt to you, when I destroy your car in the quarter, go ahead flame on me or whatever you want. I don't simply care, I'm willing to back up my work, and stick to it, so go ahead dish out the worse you can, but prepare to get torn a new one!

EDIT
Sorry that I am getting off topic on your post; However; if this was real life, and I was dealing with some of you, I'd be kicking some fanny because I don't put up with people talking s... about me and I get in there face, I don't mean you or 1bad91z, rather some other people giving me S...

I can afford to have the runners E H 'd, and I have the money to dyno it as soon as I can find time (I've been working weekends). But, I dont have the $2,300 for the 12-bolt right now. I will dyno car first, as soon as I can, then when I get the 12-bolt, I'll be headed to the track.

Anyone else interested in getting something Extrude Honed?

Intakes, runners, heads, it doesn't matter. As long as I can show at least ten people from thirdgen.org needing Extrude hone work, I can probably get us a price break!

One thought may be to see what the interst would be for after April. I can afford to do the intake now, but after I posted, I started thinking about having the heads done too. That would be two items (heads counted as one???) just from me. I will be doing this in the spring/summer...which isn't that far away. I have a degree to finish up for now.

I doubt I can get THAT much of a discount. We need 7 more (committed people) at least to even get the first price break.

If it'll do any good to EHone the stock runners count me in, cuz I'm not ready for any aftermarket runners right now.

For what you would pay to extrude hone a set of stock runners, you could most likely buy aftermarket runners and see a MUCH greater increase in flow. It would be impractical to do so.

I'm sure they could get some more flow from a stock set of runners, but you would be better off having a set of SLP runners done. Since the stock runners are so thin, they wouldn't be able to remove that much material.

Damn what happened to 1BAD91Z???

Maybe he went to the track and hit warp speed blasting off to a galaxy far far away, LOL!!! But somehow I doubt it.

But seriously though his profile says his last post was on 04-27-2004 03:39 PM.

I know some of you Houston guys travel in a pack, where is he?

Ominous, I just realized you're a Bush supporter. I know we get into it at times, but I'll never doubt you again...

Mike, did you return to your earthly realm yet??? And maybe with some track times??? I'm looking foward to seeing the #'s also.

smithtc, yeah I am a mature individual. By the way guys my iroc is out kicking *** already, and rips it up from 3000 up in third, with original 139K mile trans and no shift kit, and I get 22.5 mpg right now. Track in two weeks, after I order my headers and get them next week, i'll be going to run that car at route 66. Formula will be out shortly I'm buying my self an 85 parisienne station wagon as a tow vehicle, and put a tpi setup in it, for a more kick *** tow vehicle. 461 will be out in another week or two.
