TPI383 gave you the links that should take you directly to the info that you need. If, for some reason, that doesn't work, take your list to a speed shop, or give Summit or Jeg's a call.

The Schrader valve core removal tool is available at a variety of places, probably including Pep Boys, etc. I got mine at Wal-Mart.
