Throttlebody Help??
I had new blades done and installed into the TB (Had a high idle prob). The problen now that I am having is that the blades are stuck in the open positon at idle but when you give it a little gas the blades close (in park or coming to a stop). But whats weird is that if the blades are stuck open and you shut the car off the blades close. The gas pedal is also hard to press down but that might be related to to blades sticking but then again when the car is shut off I have no prolems pushing the gas pedal down its only when the car is on. IAC,TPS is brand new. Please help. Thanks

I had this problem when I was assembling my throttle body. You need to loosen the blades so that they can wiggle around. Then find out the EXACT position that they need to be in. Then take the screws out very carefully so as not to move the blades. Put on plenty of threadlocker and put the blades back in. They should not be able to move around anymore.
