Cold start injector cap

Cold start injector cap
I've had my prom on my 87 IROC changed to 89 specs eliminating the cold start injector. Where can I get a cap for its place on the fuel rails ? Also, will I need to modify the runners or can I leave the extra tubes ?

I see little cold start injector eliminator kits on e-bay all the time for like 10 bucks or so, but i'd just look at them and figure out what i need. Here's one:
