Problem when it shuts down???

I just out in a new O2 sensor. I started my car and everything seemed great. When I shut it off it makes a clicking noise and then smoke comes from the area of the O2 sensor. Does anyone have any ideas what is doing this. I dont trust anyone around here so you guys are my only way of fixxing problems

Clicking is normal...its the expanding/contracting of the exhaust. The smoke is probably the penetrating oil you used to get the stuck O2 out. I am assuming you didnt cross thread the sensor.....then it could be an exhaust leak which sound like a tick and smokes.....time to pull the manifold.....
