Problem my 383 tpi has check engine ligght code 36 mass air burnoff, i replaced all relays burnoff,power, even tried new massair sensor no luck also ecm and connecters on relays. can an aftermarket hypertech chip be the cause.

I have the same problem with my 88'. I also have a hypertech chip and I have tried the same things you have. Switching the subject, what does your 383 consist of (cam, heads, etc.)?

my motor is a 383 etec 200 vortec headed ,scoggin dickey tpi.i have a zz9 roller cam comp pro magnum roller rockers

Check the oil pressure switch
