is there a timing chain w/ precise timing adjustment

I am looking for a timing chain that has a more accurate timing adjustment setup on it. I seen a seup on a ford engine where you could tun the top gear a little bit to dial the cam in perfect and then just tighten the bolt up. Is there somethng like that for the SBC with a roller cam? I dont need anything exspensive. If nothing is offered then how well will a cloyes true roller kit work out

Yes,

Cloyes hex-a-just timing chain. I originally thought that they didn't make one for roller blocks ... but THEY DO! I bought one and installed it during my last cam swap.

I'd go with the Rollmaster billet steel timing set. They make them for older sbc's and 87 up roller sbc's too. It uses a JWIS chain which is the best available. You can even get them nitrided. Try www.competitionproducts.com They are the best place to get them.
Or you could get really rad and buy a cam-correct system. That's probably the type of setup you seen on that ford motor. COMP even makes a copy of it, but I don't think they offer them for 87 up motors.

I think it's 9-3145A
The 'A' is the important part.
