formula 350 problem

i was test driving a firebird formula 350 and it seemed like a nice driver until i let it have some gas and it started to studder until it reached about 30 mph when it began to drive normal again like it should (i think). i noticed that if i eased into an acceleration there was no problem but all through first gear when i acclerated a little hard it seemed to studder. let me know if you have any ideas.

Coolant temp sensor. I had the same problem when I first got my 91 Formula.

could be dirty injectors because when i got my GTA it had sat for 2 years injectors and upper intake so dirty it would hardly run had the engine flushed and cleaned with some chemical and just doing that it ran 10 times better but still stumbled turns out EGR was bad so i unplugged the vacume lines and that stopped that, or it could be clogged cats maybe?
