Funky Dyno numbers.

Got my car dyno'd today. Three pulls on a 20+ yr old "road-a-matic" dyno, and the results are a bit on the low side.

1. 165 rwhp @ 78mph
2. 167 rwhp @ 80mph
3. 170 rwhp @ 80mph

A smidge on the low side (sarcasm) for a good running L98!
Right after a 5.0 Mustang 5 spd w/ CAI, Catback, and 3.73s pulled 176rwhp. So it is the dyno for sure. Ah well...

Oh - it was an Auto department fund raiser. $20.00, no biggy.

They are getting a new mustang dyno soon (end of semester) and it will be interesting to see what that dyno thinks of the car. By then I'll have a few bolt-ons too, so... whatever. This dyno was a twenty dollar waste of time.
