NO.
you have to splice them a hundred times, and are a royal PITA. I don't know from experience, but had a few guys here tell me that and also a good friend who is a very well known and respected mechanic (specializes in 'Vettes) tell me that.
I am also doing a TPI swap in my Caprice, and I am going with the Street and Performance wiring kit. It is more expensive, but you don't have to do any work, just plug everything in, and it includes a new ECM and everything. They also have a wiring kit that is made for swaps from TBI-TPI.
you can check out their website, as well as to where the harnesses are on their catalog that you can download at a thread I did about a month back.:

I had one installed in my 85 z28, the orig owner hacked up the wiring something awful i didnt do the job myself cuz it is a PITA if you have never done one before, i had a friend do it and he did the entire job in 2 days and it came out really nice but with out experience its going to be a headache.... if u do buy the kit get the extra lenght one, i didnt and had to run it through the firewall instead of the passenger fender more of a PITA
hope this helps
