VSS question
HI,
first time posting on this board, so far found lot but really lot of info for tuning and burning my own chip.
I have a 84 k1500 pickup that had a carbed straight six. Then decided to install a TBI sbc v8, everything works correctly. Couple weeks ago found a really good deal on a TPI setup, so I got it.
The only problem I have is with the VSS signal, I know JTR has a setup that could adapt, but is there some other options. Right now using the stock 4speed (think it's made by New Process as the transfer case) with the adapter behing the speedo. Can I get some setup at the junk yard that I could adapt? Thanks
