Head rebuild and cam swap

I'm getting my heads rebuilt, and installing a ZZ4 cam.
I know the cam will require new springs.

Can I use my old lifters and rods?

Factory roller lifters , yes, unless there is something wrong with one or more of them. Rods....I wouldn't. They are cheap enough to replace and a little extra insurance is worth it.

That's what I've heard, just wanted to check with the experts, and get a second opinion!
