what are you stock internal 305 tpi auto guys running in the 1/4

just wondering what you guys with all the bolt ons
ie: headers, nocat, catback, pullies, airfoil, filter...

1/4, mph and 60ft times please

See my sig. I have stock internals. I have an '85 so my 305 cam is much different than yours though. Everything else is the same.

you have a great running car there man

what is your 60ft time??

here is what i have

flowtech shorties and y crapiest headers out there maybe 5-8 hp over manifolds
no cat and stock i-pipe and flomaster 80

custom intake, airfoil

accel super coil, cap and rotor, wires

march pullies

built trans with almost the same as you have only its a 2500 stall

10 bolt with a blown posi and 3.73s

best of 14.89 @ 93.3 1.99 60ft

Mods :
Hedman Shortie headers, custom Y-pipe and 3" cutout, B&M shift kit, no smog/pollution crap, T/B bypass, and opened the airboxes up.. 2:73 Posi rear

best of 14.72 @ 91.5 with a 2.02 60' runs quite well compared to other 305 TPI A4 cars w/sililar mods

ya man your car runs good but i think you still have a better cam then i do if im not mistakin

what weather did you run your car in?

My best run is in my sig. pretty much stock, 176k on the engine though.

I was dissapointed, but I think there's issues with my Cat.

My car was originally a 5 speed, but before I bought it, someone had swapped an automatic 4.

y man your car is running reall good and thats a great short time

and your mph is sick

im having a problem with my car stubling at around 4000 rpm

its costing me alot of time

i think i need a afpr
i was reading an old gmht magazine and they had the same problem with there350 formulka they had and that fixed it

the peanut cam sucks

im running a good time if i can get a good 60ft and reaction time but i ran a 15.2@91 with a 2.29 60 and 1.2 reaction mods in sig

next mods is underdrive pulleys and a cut out , any 1 see a gain with these mods ?

Corrected to sealevel I am running 14.1@95. Kinda crappy for all the money I put into it but oh well I love my baby. As you can see I am running out of top end power by looking at the MPH, its a sure thing. 1.96 was the 60 foot. BTW I had a friend convert the numbers for me . Damn 305 is still slower than LT1's that are stock.

you might want to change your lower intake base to a better flowing aftermarket intake. also you might want to think about porting your pleanum. and the AFPR is a good idea aswell. That should get you a mid 14 and another 2-3 MPH. That should help you beat up on all those ricers you like racing with your 89.

i have to check my tps voltage and i have to change my fpr because the way it is running i think the diafram is torn

i still ahve top fix the other car also so somw things will have to wait
