MSD ignition

MSD ignition experience.
I have an 87 TA 305TPI. I purchased an MSD ignition system (MSD 6A, coil, 8.5 wires). My TA has an HEI system. The installation of the MSD 6A looks a bit challenging. Will this installation be worth the trouble? I'm wondering about the performance difference. What about location of install considering wire length to that battery, etc. Any tips, suggestions, or comments will be appreciated.

msd

you also need to call summit and get this part number so your tach will work(if your still going to use the factory tach)
MSD-8910 after your install. I installed my box on the passengers side above the floor mat.
Also get a better coil the difference in spark will be huge .
