MAF help

I purchased a MAF sensor the other day that only has 3 wires. Its a Bosch unit with the circut board. I'm assuming that it does not have the burn off function since it does not have the wire sensor. My question is can I wire this unit on my 87 tpi setup and just not use the burn off function?

Thanks Mitch

You'd have to provide a part number for certain determination of the function. The L98 uses a voltage differential type MAF whereas other GM products use a frequency type MAF. If it's the voltage type, it might be able to be adapted for use.
