need new heads...

well i need new heads...i could do vortec heads and tpi baseplate , or i could do edelbrock 60cc angle plug performer heads with an LT1 intake, or i could do dart pro 1 for $30 more then the edelbrock with the LT1 intake, my question is does anyone know the flow differences on each of the heads....cam would be an XE 224/230 cam, ...anyone know enough about these combos to share some info?

either way my heads are beat, car is consuming anti freeze and the head gaskets were done but weren't milled...so im 95% positive they aren't flat and didn't seal properly....consumes a gallon per week...but it runs great and other then that its perfect...no leaks or anything...have a K&N cone filter setup, BBK 52mm throttle body, SLP runners, MSD wires, cap, rotor, coil, SLP 1 3/4 coated dual cat headers and SLP catback...have gears...could do a 5 speed swap, i have done it before and have everything except the flywheel and clutch....but want to hold out for a T56 or turbo 350...car is driven on the parkway and other highways from time to time...
