Car Does'nt Like Me

I put new injectors in my 91 Z28 last summer to fix the leaking injector problem. It has been running like a champ. I installed the 24 lb injectors from Accel. I tuned the computer for them. I have been working on the VE tables. Last week the car will not start again. I have to use starting fluid. Can injectors go bad that quick. I have not even been driving the car the whole year. I put a new fuel filter in it two night ago and I thought it fixed it. I got in it after work yesterday after sitting all day and no start. What do I look for with my laptop to see if it anything other than injectors? Do Accel injectors fail that quickly? No, major chip burning changes were made prior to this problem. Thanks, BranZ
