heads and cam????

Car: 91 firebird formula 350 or 94 grand am se
Engine: 350 or 3.1
Transmission: 700r4 or what ever a grand am has
heads and cam????
I have a all stock 91 350 and i want to know if I could change only the heads and cam and get good gains? this is with no intake porting no runners nothing but heads and cam.
if you could tell me posible gains that would be good too
