What would cause engine to stall when stopping at red light?

What would cause engine to stall when stopping at red light?
I finally got my 395 cu in stroker in and am doing some tuning I have the 165 ECM using a modified 6E definition file. Check out the signature for other info on the engine.
Does anyone have a suggestion of why it stalls out? I have gone thru the intake stuff and have located and elimenated the vacuum leaks.

I'd keep on eye on IAC counts when you close the throttle coming to a stop.
Most likely it is in the tuning, might get better luck on the PROM board, since it probably ran okay with the other motor?
