Do I need to reset my IAC?

I've had my ECM unplugged for over a week, I've burned a new PROM bin, I've got a brand new out of the box IAC, and my TB has just been rebuilt and bored by TPiS.

When I put my car back together do I really need to reset my IAC as per the procedure that has been posted before using the paperclip????

I'm thinking since my ECM is reset, has no memory, and I have a new bin plus new parts, I should be good just putting it together...

You should check and adjust all that, TPS/IAC/Idle. The directions are in the tech acticles off this sites main page.

Have to set the IAC and the3 TB per spec whenever u change something out.

Just a new bin without idle speed changes should be ok clearing the ecm.

Follow the tech artciels and u will be fine
