new TPS +MAT =23 code HELP

Hey everyone, recently iv been getting a 23 code on my car for no reason what so ever, but i do notice it has a bad bad hesitation and if you blip the throttle too fast itll pop out the throttle body. and the car sounds very odd out the exhaust, i advanced(not alot) the timing a little and it seemed to run alot better but still slightly does the same thing with the popping, but deffinately hessitates. if anyone has any idea on what this could be please let me know.

anyone know the affects of what this code would do or maybe some ways to fix it besides me adjusting the TPS right, is the mat sensor grounded? because i think i might have burnt a ground wire for the harness, not sure tho, one that bolts to the back of the head on the drivers side.....well anyways i really need to get this problem solved
