Need help identifying an injector
Can anyone identify this injector? They are Rochestors.
The numbers listed on them are: 17087325 , A 2263.
I need to what size they are 19, 20,22, or 24? If possible what they came out of?
Thanks,

I come up with a Rochester injector thats rated at 20lbs/hr at 50psi(3.45 bar) from a 1992 5.7l 'vette. HTH
Edit: It loks like each injector is capable of supporting 42HP. That seems kinda small for an injector in an LT1 Corvette.

I bought the set today for $35.00. I thought they were 22lb stock LTI injectors. At least that is what I was told. It looks like I got ripped.
While anyway. Would it be possible to install these in my 88 IROC 305. With changing the chip for them. Or do you think it would run to rich.
What do you mean by BARS?

Well they are stock LT1 injectors but they are a little low on output. It kinda shocked me to see them in an engine like that but GM must have had a good reason. As for using them with your LB9, it should work perfectly. The injectors are rated at 20.2lbs/hr at 50psi which equates to 18.84lbs/hr at 43.5psi. Stock fuel pressure is around 43 on your car. They should work without any alterations in your bin.
BAR is simply the abbreviation for barometric pressure which is ultimately atmospheric pressure. Atmospheric pressure can be defined as 14.7 psi. 3.45BAR where BAR equals 14.7 will work out to roughly 50 psi. HTH

I don't think those are LT1 injectors. I have seen more LT1 intakes then anyone I would bet and I made a list to identify each. Some are better then others. Here's what I compiled so far.
LT1 injectors (# is immediately CCW of electrical connection)
’93 LT1 injectors were 22 pounds per hour, all others were 24 pound
’94 LT1: 17095004 (all black, black color bands)
’95+ LT1: 17121068 (black cap, grey bottom, white color band)
LT1 of uncertain vintage:
17124186 (Black cap, grey bottom, red color band)
Universal SRP for LT1 injectors:
P/N: 17124248 on injector: 17124167
L99 injectors (4.3L V-8)
17120683 (black cap, grey bottom, black color band)

They were supposed to have come out of a 93 Z28 six speed. They are black with a grey band and all metal silver bottom. No caps on them.

It looks like the answer to the question is right on TGO. The injectors are for sure from an LT1 but it looks like they will be a 22lb injector as mentioned in the thread below. It states Rich at Cruizin verified the part number. Maybe just contact him on Monday to make sure but it looks like you will need to make some adjustments for injector constant.

Looks like the injector number orginally posted was out of a '92 LT1. I have never had ony of those early ones. I guess GM was deceiding on what to go with, that's why they got smaller injectors just like the '93 F-body LT1's.

Yeah it suprised me too. I am curious as to why all 3 sites had the incorrect info. It would be nice to know if someone plagerized other sites or if the info was just incorrectly released intitially. Hopefully he calles Rich on Monday and posts the lowdown on the injectors. I know that I checked the corvette forum after and there are a few links related to these injectors but nobody really states the exact specs.
