Hit a wall. Now car idles high.

Well, I hit a nice size puddle of standing water on the highway during some rain and slid into a concrete median wall in my Z. The car died when I hit the wall. I got it started, but the idle is high, around 1600 rpms. It's a smooth idle, not rough. Everytime I start the car, it idles normal for the first 15-30 seconds, then it jumps to about 15-1600 and stays there. Does anyone have any idea where I should start looking? IAC maybe? Thanks for any input.
