305 and Vacumm

Quick question for anyone running a comp 08-302-8 cam or something similar in a 305. My friend has a 89 Formula 305 with the above cam and headers. At 800RPM Idle he's pulling about 12" of vacumm. I think that is too low but he's looked and can't find any leaks. So, What should the vacumm be?

For those with similar cams to this one the specs are

210/220 duraction at 0.050"
112 LSA
0.48"/0.48" lift

Thanks
