The fuse on the radiator support is getting really hot, hot enough to burn my finger a little, not badly, but enough to make you take notice.
If I'm not mistaken that fuse supplies the ECM, relay rack, and o/p switch.
Is it normal for this circuit to get this hot or should I start replacing relays?

You should start checking the wiring coming off it and the wire going to it from the battery. It should also be a 20 AMP fuse in there. Has there been any wire hacking in that area. Check the orange wire at the fuel pump relay to see if it has any bare metal showing.

Thanks.
The fuse was mishapen from the heat but not blown, I put a new one in anyway I also put a new f/p relay on it. On the 10 minute ride back from the parts store the circuit did not get hot, I'll have to keep an eye on it for the next couple of days.
