TPI Computer

Hi, im planing on running an air gap type intake, i would like to drill it out for 8 injectors like the tpi's and lt1s have... but i dont want to run all that wiring... what do i have to run? besides the computer to get them to fire right? what's easier to burn chips for tpi's or lt1s and witch cost less? any help would be great!

I would stick with the GM ECM. You could do a Mega Squirt if you like and are good at wiring and lots of other stuff. For the TPI harness you can rip out all of the emmissions control device wires and add some new colorfull loom. You have to have MAT, CLT, TPS, Knock, Distributor stuff, Injector wiring at the least. If you want a very informative thread making the intake, check out the search button on "single plane EFI" in the DIY prom boards, it is under anthesis' name. I am also in the middle of doing one right now. Make sure to use the Search button.
