TBI --> Stealthram Conversion & 950 Q?

Hello,

I have a 92' RS L03 and I'm wanting to begin my adventure into Multiport EFI.

I have a complete L98 Long Block (Stock) and I have a few questions. I have looked into the Holley Stealthram kit but at $2,800 its over my budget right now. I plan on buying the Stealthram Base/Plenum/Fuel Rails and then the Holley Commander 950 Pro ECM. Now comes my questions.

I have the Stock TBI wiring harness for a L03. I would like to save the money if I can and utilize it. Is it possible to repin the Stock TBI Harness into the Commander 950 for Multiport FI??? Or is there an adapter that can be purchased to do this??? Also does anyone have any suggestions???

Thanks

I browse the TPI boards regularly and I did see this what you are looking for That is a whole thread about someone repinning TBI to speed density. I think it will give you an idea of what to expect and what is ahead of you.

Repin the harness to run the 730 ecm and save some money.

I'm beginning to toss that idea around. My only problem is getting over the learning curve. I'm a ME by trade with a little electrical background so I hope I can pick it up. I really hate to go carb on a vehicle thats already FI (feels like a step backwards).

I'm doing some research over at the DIY board and maybe since other then the stealthram and basic bolt-ons it is a STOCK L98 this will make it easier since I'm not trying to jump in and tune a "radical" setup. Basically modify the stock chip alittle here or there and hopefully learn alittle in the process. I imagine I'll need the most help when I throw bigger heads/cam on.
