Help on 86 corvette PROM DIY Question

I'm a newbe with lost of reading.

Have read every thing I can find and still can't find what area to change air fuel ratio while in close loop.

Have found and "Corrected" cold starting, accel problems, popping back in intake, rough idle, pinging, time to go into close loop.

Can't find the area to correct Idle 140 blm and 120 blm rest of the area.

Load vs RPM table.

Though I dont remember if idle has its own fuel routine.

I really hate that old MAF stuff.

6Ev011.ecu

But the data is off some with 6Ev011.ecu. So I have been using RT_Tuner and am trying to find the way to adjust the mixture in close-loop.

There is a target A/F ratio parameter in 6E, V011, but that is closed loop. I believe it's at 3D5/3D6.
